The treatment capacity of each biochemical processor is 50000kg / day, which can reduce waste, biochemical degradation treatment, waste gas purification and other functions.
Functions of 50000kg waste treatment equipment
1.50000k waste treatment equipment shall have the functions of sorting, crushing, extrusion, biochemical treatment, gas purification, etc.
2. The design service life of 50000kg waste treatment equipment is ≥ 10 years, the treatment equipment is sealed, there will be no leakage, and the ventilation capacity can be adjusted.
3. The 50000kg waste treatment equipment is equipped with PLC control, and the equipment operates automatically without manual intervention. The PLC display screen can display the working temperature, mixer, fan and other information. It is equipped with LCD touch screen, and all system data can be displayed.
4. Biochemical processor shall have the following functions:
(1) Degradation function: the treatment function can degrade organic waste components: after meal waste, waste, farmers' market waste, agricultural waste (such as towel gourd vine, potato vine, etc.), greening waste (leaves, rotten grass, etc.).
(2) Automatic feeding function: the processor product has an automatic feeding turnover device, one key operation, labor-saving and convenient.
(3) Function: the processor is equipped with device, spray, carbon purification, ultraviolet sterilization, filter and other functions. The odor concentration fully meets the indexes specified in gb14554.
(4) Automatic weighing function: the processor has automatic weighing function and is recorded in the system.
(5) Remote monitoring system: the processor uploads information (machine operation, amount of garbage handled, amount of fertilizer produced, etc.) to the information platform through the Internet.
(6) Automatic discharge function: the processor has automatic discharge function. Click the discharge button to discharge automatically.
5. The temperature range of the bin heating system can be adjusted and set through the PLC panel as required, and has overheating protection device;
6. The stop time of the mixing system in the machine bin can be adjusted and set through the PLC panel as required. The main mixing motor shall be equipped with overload protection device and manual control device
7. The decomposition rate of 50000kg waste treatment equipment is more than 95%
8. The noise, waste gas and waste water discharge of organic waste microbial processor shall comply with relevant national environmental protection standards.
9. Quality of organic fertilizer: the quality fraction of organic matter, total nutrient, water, pH, total mercury, total lead, total chromium and total cadmium of the organic fertilizer obtained after biochemical treatment meet the requirements specified in ny525-2012 standard
